Who am I?
Josephine Anthoine-Milhomme
Organisational development and conflict resolution specialist, clinical psychologist, mediator.
Josephine is a clinical psychologist and mediator with 25 years’ experience working internationally. Having worked in many different countries, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, East Africa, Europe and Central America, she has gained a unique understanding of different cultures as well as acute sensitivity and openness.
She worked as a therapist for victims of violence and psychological trauma for 15 years, and for the last decade, she has specialised in providing psychological support to national and international employees of organisations. as well as to units and teams within organisations. Josephine is passionate about organisational and team dynamics as well as effective communication, and loves to apply her expertise and practical skills in her work as a psychologist.
