How much is it going to cost?

The daily rate for one consultant is between 650 and 700 USD or 550 and 600 Euros.

This includes briefing, preparation, delivery and facilitation, debriefing, reporting and follow-up.

The usual ratio is two days of preparation for one day facilitation.

Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the fees and must be added to the final budget if this is on-situ consultancy.

How long will it take?

It depends on what you need and what you want to invest in. If your team is still growing and in need of punctual support, if you want to be accompanied on a longer term, if you want to be trained and mentored… all is possible!

If you register for 5 groups and the group session is 2 hours every 2 weeks, it will take about 2 months.

How many facilitators will come for the group sessions?

Ideally, the facilitators will be 2. Different options are possible: 2 expert-facilitators from JAM consulting or 1 expert facilitator from JAM consulting and 1 trainee-facilitator from your organization. They are the same along the process, except for punctual interventions requiring a different expertise.
